At Kabza’s Crafts, we carefully prepare and package every order before it leaves our workshop in Zeerust, North West. We work with trusted delivery partners to get your handcrafted pieces to you safely and efficiently.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.
Because our products are handmade, certain orders may require additional preparation time. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.
2. Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
-
Major cities and metropolitan areas: 2–5 business days
-
Regional areas: 3–7 business days
-
Remote or rural areas: 5–10 business days
These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer during peak periods, public holidays, promotional campaigns, or circumstances outside our control.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the applicable courier rate.
From time to time, Kabza’s Crafts may offer promotional or free-shipping campaigns. Any applicable offer will be clearly communicated on our website.
4. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct postal code and contact number.
Kabza’s Crafts cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.
If you realise that you have entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist before the order is dispatched.
5. Tracking
Where tracking is available, customers will receive their tracking information once their order has been dispatched.
Customers can use the tracking information provided to monitor the progress of their delivery.
6. Delayed Deliveries
Although we work with delivery partners to ensure orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, courier delays can sometimes occur.
Delays may result from:
-
High delivery volumes
-
Public holidays
-
Weather conditions
-
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
-
Remote delivery locations
-
Courier operational issues
-
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in following up with the courier.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
We package every order carefully before dispatch.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and product before disposing of any materials and contact us as soon as possible.
If your parcel is confirmed as lost while in transit, Kabza’s Crafts will work with the relevant courier to investigate the matter and determine the appropriate resolution.
8. International Shipping
International shipping may be available depending on the destination.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or standard shipping fee unless explicitly stated.
9. Delivery Confirmation
Once the courier confirms that an order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, Kabza’s Crafts considers the delivery complete.
If you believe your order has been incorrectly marked as delivered, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist with an investigation.
